mods locking airsoft FS threads?

airsoft isn't considered as a firearm... im thinking of selling one on the FS forums and i just want to clear it up... are mods going to lock all airsoft FS threads?

I believe it's illegal to purchase/sell an airsoft gun in some states if you're under 18. We do have quite a few under-18 folks around and it would be very hard to tell the diff. b/t an adult and someone under that age limit. (Kinda like pron but not quite) I honestly don't see the harm either but it's a way to keep from having to deal with the issue if one should arise

Whatever the rule, it should at least be applied consistently. I saw a thread by joony locked, while another user's wasn't.

Mods have a tough enough job already, might as well give them credit for what they can get done.
