Update: the person proceeded to spam that account again with new messages. It is now certain that it's an AT member. Awaiting follow-up calls from some people and we'll proceed from there.

It was to Diamond.com (15 emails), Tire Rack, Gap Online, Yahoo Member services (3 times) discover card, mypoints, gamespot, FTD.Com, Tiger Direct (4 times) SVC, Coach (3 times). They did it all at the same time so we know it's not a spam mail sold. I've been in contact with Diamonds.com and Tiger Direct. They are finding out the IP information and calling me back. Anyone know the number to computer fraud/crime division of FBI or a good place to go to alert them?
