Find it here, it's rapidly turning into a detailed explaination on how to get free food/drink/etc by calling to a company, lying to them about a faulty product, and getting a coupon for a free one. Within a few posts of the one which posted the number for coca cola's customer complaint dept, someone replied and said it's busy (due in part to the AT effect methinks)

It's been removed. 🙂
