modifying keyboard shortcuts

I have a Microsoft Internet Keyboard and I want buttons that will allow volume change. I looked thru the list of customizations and it wont allow this. I even installed software for the Office Keyboard, but it still wouldnt (I did get some new options like taskbar scrolling though 🙂). Is there software that can do this? Can anybody help?
