menoite FTW!!!

Actually, from the Family Up Date:

No, we are not Mennonite or Amish and never have been. Just bible believing Christians on this earthly pilgrimage from the city of destruction to the pearly gates of glory land. Entrance bought and paid for by the blood of the promised Jewish Messiah.

Yeah, I worked with a guy who was similar. His wife always wore that same type of clothing, I don't think I ever saw her without a bonnet...
But he said they were just non-denominational Christians. He's a pretty good guy, and a capable DBA to be sure :p

I figured they were Mennonite's also, and it's precisely what I said to a coworker ... so I figured they had to say something because neither of those two cultures would have a website. Few clicks and a couple of lines read later and we found out the answer. I'm wondering if we can report them to the state mental hospital ...

I thought they'd only use technology that can save them time? or something like that, wouldn't have thought it could be a website.

-----------------------------------------------------

GENERAL NOTICE:
EFFECTIVE 6-16-05

.
NOTICE: WE DO NOT SELL PATTERNS

.
YOU MUST DOUBLE
ALL PRICES SHOWN

We have just been so busy that we can't hardly handle all the business and we have
only been making less than $3.00 per hour for our labor of love SEWING. We thank all of you for your continued business and realize that these price changes will deter some from being our future continuing customers. We are sorry about that, but just need some time for ourselves and family. So until further notice (or removal of this notice)
YOU MUST DOUBLE all prices shown in our on-line catalog. They have not been doubled yet... Everything is double, double the prices shown, double the shipping costs shown, double
everything... just thought I would say that for convenience sake and simplification. If you were planning on an order but have not sent it prior to 2005... then you will have to double the prices shown

Sincerely,

Lydia of Purple

And may our God bless you richly, as you dress modestly, for him.
