Modern ISA motherboards?

I'm looking for a motherboard (P4 or similar) that has 4+ (5 ideally) ISA slots, 3+ PCI slots, and onboard stuff (video, network, others would be nice). The problem is, I have no clue where to look for things like this.

The reason we need the ISA slots is because we need to simulate (as closely as possible) an existing telephony server that has ISA cards and such. We've been provided with the cards but need the computer for them to go into. The existing server is a 150MHz 486 but we need a modern CPU for reasons I can't go into here. Once we find the motherboard, everything else is simple.

Anybody know where I could look to find something like this?

There are a few P4 mainboards with ISA slots in the halfway-industrial PC arena.

I faintly recall seeing a P4 board with six ISA slots advertized in German magazine c't. I'd check that out, since that kind of company regularly books ads in this paper.

Besides, since ISA slots aren't single-device connections (like PCI) but offer the complete bus on each slot, you can use a bridgeless bus expander for more slots.

After looking at what we've seen as available and the prices of things, I think it's going to be cheaper for us to just get a backplane with all the slots we could ever want and get a SBC. We have a spare backplane/case/psu that we can use so really the only thing we would need to purchase if we do this is the cpu board. Again, this isn't my area of expertise, so I'd still appreciate some help here.

I'm thinking of something like this. Anybody have any comments on that (price, quality, where else I could look to get something better)?

Okay, here's what I'm thinking now....

Getting this:
1) Intel Pentium 4 865G SBC / CPU Card with MicroAGP
FEATURES
-Intel 865G Chipset supports P4 up to 3.20GHz+ (800MHz FSB)
-Two DDR sockets support up to 2GB DDR SDRAM
-Integrated 82865G AGP4X VGA for CRT interface
-ICH5 integrated audio with AC97
-Intel 82551 10/100Mb Ethernet controller (optional Giabit Ethernet)
-2 IDE interface support UDMA 33/66/100
-Supports 2 Serial ATA ports
-Mini-Din PS/2 KB/Mouse connectors (use Y-cable)
-256-level Watchdog Timer & Hardware Monitoring
-Supports 2MB~288MB M-Systems DiskOnChip flash disk

2) Intel Pentium 4/ 2.8E GHz 800MHz FSB, 1MB L2 Cache, Hyper Threading Technology - Retail

3) Kingston ValueRAM Dual Kits 184 Pin 512MB(256MBx2) DDR PC-3200

Does this look like an appropriate combination of things?
