Moderator Issues

esquared I am currently having an issue with this particular administrator. I have been banned twice now, and after a thorough search of Derek's forum guidelines I cannot figure out why. I had an issue with this moderator almost 3 weeks ago,..I dropped it,..he continues to antagonize me. I only wish to use the forums for information and buying/selling items. I am in no planning to or wishing to violate any forum policies. I am not asking for any repercussions for esquared, I am only asking to be left to my own work. Please stop harassing me, allow me to do my business and I will guarantee that I cause no problems. Thank You

While you were thoroughly searching the guidelines you should have come across this:

"8) Only one account is allowed per person. If you've been given a vacation or a ban, do not create a new account. Instead, please discuss the matter with our moderators via email at moderator@anandtech.com."

Please do not post any more from this account.

I am locking this until someone who has the power to deal with it is available.

Your FS/FT thread was locked because you did not follow the forum rules.

Then you create a second account and TWO thread complaining that you were scolded.

Now this THIRD account has been created to complain and is again locked.


You have a problem understanding and following the guidelines that are in place to allow the site to operate fairly smoothly.



As allisolm stated in the above post, if you have a complain, there is the e-mail or PM option. Additional accounts indicate that you do not want to folow the rules - people that deliberately ignore/flaunt the rules are not welcome here.

When/if you do return, perhaps it would be advisable to read the stickied thread in the For Sale/Trade forum. It's the first thread in that forum: ** PLEASE READ FIRST ** FS/FT Forum Rules ** Heatware and Trading Guidance

In case you didn't realize it, that thread contains more specific rules which must be followed in the For Sale/ Trade forum that don't necessarily apply to the rest of the forums. Those are the very same rules the moderators have pointed you toward in the past, but you've chosen for one reason or another to ignore. Those rules are necessary to help protect the members here.
