I don't care what goes on in them. However, yes, they talk about users. Have you ever been the one responsible for watching a group of people? It's practically impossible not to discuss your observations (good or bad).

yes I have been and currently am a mod in an internet forum and talking about posters is inevitable

Probably moderator type discussions go on in the moderator discussions forum? I don't think there are discussions about how to oppress certain viewpoints if that is what you are getting at.

What do you think is going on in there?

They probably also discuss how they spend their millions of dollars they get paid too. 🙂
