Moderation on a thread

I dont know if this is the best place or if I should pm a mod but could you please look at the following thread. Some members are insulting this poor guys wife.

Still I think that an exaggerated thread title is not a basis for calling someone's wife a "bitch."

"Im going to kill xxxx" is a common figure of speech anyway.

Totally agree, I think he opened himself up to those comments.

I'm not saying it was right for others to call her names, but the OP has been around here since 2001 and should know better than to post a topic title like that and expect everyone involved to come out unscathed.

Well, you're right about one thing. Not everyone involved came out unscathed. Some of them won't come out at all - at least not for another week.

I want to go ahead and commend the mods for doing some very deserved slapping. Other people said the same basic things without being so distasteful.

i think it's awesome you guys even have moderation

in Video Forum the situation is getting worse and worse . . . we have a certain member defeating the language filter to actively attack other members, posting purposely flamebait threads and even posting that he wishes certain people of his imagined 'enemy' - ATi - were dead!
