Just curious but last nite after coming in from work, I cranked up the computer and attempted to get on the interenet when instead of just dialing it up as normal, I kept getting a no dial tone message. I checked the phone, dial tone ok, checked the connections all ok, went to the wifes computer got right on without a problem. Hooked back to the phone line on my computer and no dial tone message. As my next move I removed the modem and put it back in and presto it's back working. So the question, what happened?
Any ideas? Had work without a problem before leaving for work and was turned off before I left.
