I have a Supra 56i and everytime I try to query the modem or dial, it freezes up my machine. I have a Asus P34VX with the 1005 BIOS, a P3/800EB with 512 MB PC133 Reg ECC memory. I am using the latest drivers from diamond's website on Win2K SP1. Any suggestions?

You weren't trying to query the modem while connected to the internet.Not sure but don't think you can do both at the same time.
