I remember her from the Tom Hanks movie and prancing around almost-nekkid in some White Snake videos (when MTV did nothing but play videos). I guess if you model once and appear in just one movie, you get to keep the labels, "model" and "actress" for the rest of your life. ;)

also, I know how dangerous the pointed heels from those "f**k me" pumps can be. I have a hole (well, it is scarred over now) in my foot. My girlfriend ran up up to me to give me a kiss; she wore those shoes and I was barefoot. Ouch!
:Q

LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Actress and model Tawny Kitaen, who allegedly kicked her husband, Cleveland Indians pitcher Chuck Finley, with her high heels while he was driving, was charged on Wednesday with domestic violence.

Kitaen, who starred alongside actor Tom Hanks in the 1984 comedy "Bachelor Party" and in a series of music videos, was ordered released from jail but ordered to return to court on April 29 to face charges of battery on a spouse.

Authorities said Kitaen, 41, was arrested on Monday by officers responding to an aborted emergency call from the home she shares with Finley.

Police said Kitaen was arguing with Finley as they drove home from a restaurant near their home in Newport Beach, California, about 40 miles south of Los Angeles, when allegedly she began kicking him with her high heeled shoes.

She also allegedly slammed her foot down on his, on top of the car's accelerator pedal, and twisted his ear, leaving Finley with abrasions and bruises. The judge ordered Kitaen to stay away from Finley until her court appearance. A spokeswoman for Kitaen could not be reached for comment.

No, for getting beat by his wife. You don't have to punch back to stop a woman from twisting your ear or stepping on your foot.

I'm sure it's a cinch to restrain a woman while being attacked and trying to maintain control of the car you're driving.

It's a hell of a lot harder than you think to restarin a wild woman without leaving any scratches or bruses on her. Trust me, you have to let her beat you and NOT touch her. If you leave ONE SINGLE mark on her, you'll be charged and more than likely convicted of domestic abuse. It doesn't matter is she's scratched your eyes out, of she has bruses on her wrists or arms from you holding her back, you're more than likely in big trouble.

No, it's not right, but until the needed backlash against over zealous domestic violence prosecutions happens, this is the way it is now.

Hitting back is probably out of the question, but I sure the hell wouldn't file domestic abuse charges, that would just be embarrassing. I can garantee you though, her life would become a living hell :-D

If you read the article a 3rd party called the cops. I don't believe the victim has the choice to press charges or not in most states, if the cops are called and there is evidence of domestic violence, the cops can file the charges. Thats why that one former football is serving jail time.

he was driving, so it wasn't easy for him to stop her attack....that said, he will still take some grief from his team!

"Yeah I hate it when a be@tch let's herself go . . . " Bad Boys

You have to learn to hit sensitive areas . . . during play of course:D. I used leave nice welts on my ex-GF's legs and buttocks . . . she liked it rough . . . But she would take every opportunity to draw blood; argument or otherwise. And why do women have just two targets: face and groin? Tawny was probably going for the 'nads and his thigh got in the way.

she comes into my work alot and let me just say, she is the biggest bitch i've ever met. It's actually pretty sad, supposdly she used to be attractive, but she's going down hill pretty fast. You wouldn't even give her a second look if you saw her today. Last time in the store she bought all this crap and her CC or checks wouldn't clear, i guess Chuck struck first in this one.
