So i got a Black and Decker RTX for christmas for projects around the house, general destruction, the regular stuff anyone would do with one. I want to cut a window in my alluminum case. What bit should i use? We used to cut mac aquariums and use the drilling bit but i dont know if that would work on alluminum. Any suggestions or tips?

I've always used a "cut-off wheel", not a bit, for that type of thing. A Dremel with a reinforced cut-off wheel goes through aluminum like butter. I've done windows, blowholes, and other mods without any issues.
