Modded Minecraft Question, /give command

I'm currently playing Minecraft with the Hermitcraft ModSauce mod pack installed.

Can anybody tell me how to give myself items (in single player mode, cheats on) with the /give command. I want to give myself items that are from mods, not necessarily vanilla MC items.

I can't seem to figure out what modded items ID's are.

Can anybody offer some suggestions? I'm failing to find out what I need via google.
 
I would assume that the modded item IDs would be in the documentation for the mod.

Otherwise you'd have to dig through source code.

It's problematic with developer-abandonded mods.
 
It's in configs or through NEI. Also, if you already have one of the items then pressing F3+H should enable more info on the item.
