I love the PP 50x cdrom I bought for 50-50 at OM a while back...not sure if the 52x is the same (affery brand I believe). Its a bit loud, but a great drive, and much better than the memorex junk that I bought for another computer.

Anyone know tho how I can check up on the rebate? I STILL haven't received it and its been well into two months, if not three. Could someone please e-mail me the address or phone number where I can contact them?

thx.

Riznick:

Check which scan number you want to see, then click on the link for larger scans (in the yellow bar above the ad) to see an enlarged version

sorry for the confusion, for some reason its really easy to overlook.

No problem Riznick :)

Hosting the ads is a huge problem because any graphics image is inherently a large file. Our bandwidth usage was going thru the roof so we are trying to reduce bandwidth and still have the fine print available when needed.

To everyone who views the ads -- If you decide to access the large files to view more details please do us all a favor and post your findings in the thread so that others can benefit from your efforts and the bandwidth will be reduced. Thanks!!!

<< Mmm.. CompUSA has Epson 880 for $129.97 right now. Link. How could it be $150 on Sunday?

It's going to be $100. $150 minute $50 "instant savings" so it will ring up at $100.

Guys... DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM Prime Peripheral...

Last time I bought 50X CDROM and MOdem, they are suppose to be
free after rebate...
Some how later they decide to terminate the program and will
not honor the rebate any more...
I found this out 2 month after I send in the rebate... of
course it's too late to return to office max...

Buyers beware !!!

So, why don't say $100 after $30 instant savings?

I call the toll free number on the rebate form and they told me that
Prime peripheral had decided not to honor the rebate.
he gave me Prime's number but I haven't been able to speak to
anyone in the company yet...
buyers beware. :(

<< CompUSA posts the ads on their own site, on Saturdays around midnite >>

Yes they do. But question is do you want the info before it hits the general public ? Up to you members, and I am not trying to be smart here. Just post yea or nah. That way I will know also if I am wasting my time or not.
Do you want these sales flyer posts ?

Thanks
