Not quite sure what went wrong. Once got in there following the URL, it was the 8th question. I picked one and then it said "one or more of my answers in previous questions do not qualify me for following survey" (not exact the term, but similar).

Can you check the URL please? Thanks.

I got through and just put all 3s for an answer. At the end I gave them my email address for the GC

If you go to the FRONT PAGE of the survey, you can see that its been closed for a long time.

Thats the same one, and guess what. Its still closed. You're just skipping the first 4 pages of the survey, so you can't see this message:
