I can't think of any Republican or Democrat candidate I would vote for.

You haven't been paying attention, then. Both parties have easily identifiable prospects that typically (albeit not always) put country before partisan BS. There are some leaders with real ideas, realistic view of the future, and a desire to lead a united nation into the future.

Unfortunately, the media prefers the high calorie, nutrient-deficient variety . . . plus there's enough morons in certain states to keep the turds in office.

I don't mean this in a bad way, but would somebody please name one thing, that Hillary R. Clinton has done, that qualifies her to run the world. Anything... one thing... something... Thank you.

Jeb would be worse, so he ain't no prize pig, but this talk of HRC seems.... almost like a desperate, drowning person reaching out for anything.

The only two choices we have are another Bush or another Clinton? Spare me.

Well you guys could launch me past Hillary in the Primaries.

The funny thing about this is that Dave is actually serious.

Or I could do something constructive with my vote.

The Republicans need to be careful in staging an "anyone but Hillary" campaign. Like GWB, Hillary is a polarizing candidate...the Democrat base loves her, the Republican base despises her...but if there is anything to learn from the 2004 election, you cannot run an election or present a candidate as the "alternative" to the more polarizing and controversial candidate...this is one of the reasons why Kerry never overcame Bush, when the controversy surrounding Bush should have made him an easy target and easily defeatable candidate for the Democrats.

I wouldn't vote for Jeb Bush, nor would I vote for Hillary...I dont know enough about Jeb other then he doesnt strike me as presidential material, and Hillary...as much as this country should be ready for a female President, Hillary's drive for power should have ended with her Senatorial campaign.

Hillary wilth a Republican Congress. Jeb would probably do an executive order to dig up Terri Schiavo and prop her next to Cheney.

Yup. The guy with the best 9 second quote wins. Sad but true. When the major networks cut debate and convention coverage due to low ratings... That's just a sad state of affairs on the american attention span.

I'm an accomplished misogynist, but this is a Bush we're talking about. Not just any Bush, but one named "Jeb" (who'd be his running mate, Cletus the Slackjawed Yokel?). Not just any Bush named Jeb, but one with a history of doing whatever it takes to win, legal or not. I'd vote for anyone over him, including any/all of the Spice Girls, Britney Spears or Ru Paul.

As someone else in this thread already intimated, his name is not really "Jeb;" it's John Ellis Bush. That said, though, I think they'd both be terrible candidates. But ultimately, I would likely vote for Clinton, if only because she would be the less frightening option of the two.

While the primaries might create a different Presidential race let's assume 2008 comes down to Jeb Bush vs Hillary Clinton. Who do you vote for?

Why those candidates? Because it's my post and I think it would be a good match.

And if your answer is 'neither'. Don't vote 🙂

This country is ready for a female president, just not Hillary. The Office of the President should be reserved for those that have the desire and the will to make this country and the world a better place. Hillary has neither, instead she has a lust for power.
