If anyone can let me know which is a better board for gaming. It's between the gigabyte "GA-8Ik1100 with a i865g chipset, or GA-8IG1000 PRO-G with a 875P chipset". This will be my first build. This will be mostly a gaming case. I will be going with intel.

CPU matters as well. If you are going to get a Prescott over 2.8Ghz stick with the 875P. The 865 may require a bios update, but if you don't have another CPU you are stuck.
