mobo with 5.1 onboard....suggetstions??

looking at asus...A7V8X is looking good to me...I am planning on putting at least an xp 2100 in it...upgrading from a k7s5a with a 1.33 chip...any suggestions?

I suggest the Asus A7N8X, Epox 8RDA+ or Abit NF7-S v. 1.2 (all nForce2 motherboards with 5.1 sound). nForce2 is the best you can buy right now for AMD.
