Mobo Suggestions

I just bought some PC2100 RAM from crucial. =P I was wonderin for some suggestions on what Mobo I should buy. I was planning on buying a 1.4 Ghz Athlon and overclocking it, but I dont know what Mobo I should buy. Any Suggestions? Thanks

Asus A7V266 if can wait and don't mind supporting a company that supports cheating in games.
Abit KG7-Raid if you can wait a about one or two weeks. I'm waiting for this one...

HardOCP has reviews up on both of those.

If you need it now, the Epox 8K7A+ is a good board...or at least everyone else is saying it is...
