I need a MotherBoard that has a good north bridge(duh)

(it will be a multitasker)

I have a Pentium D 805 w/ a Smithfeild Core
2MB L2 Cache
533MHz FSB (Here)

It will be a desktop / small file server for 3 computers.

Sata (I or II) is needed, unless it boasts PATA RAID

(SATA Raid would be nice, but i'm not pickey AT ALL. If it has RAID I want 0)

I don't want a extreamly high end board, moderate power will suffice, however, It needs to have power, I'm not buying a board thats $43.00 (seen them)

Please have it overclockable

Budget is around $100-$150
