Hi there,

It seems my Gigabyte P45 Mobo got fried and I am looking for a new one.

Here are my specs:

Intel Quad 6600
Crucial Ballistix DDR2 1066Mhz PC2 8500 2GB Kit
Seatgate Barracuda 500gb Sata HD
EVGA 8800 GT
Antec Sonata II Case

A mobo that is under 150$ is much appreciated and I will not be overclocking in any way.

If not overclocking, I would go for a cheaper board. Fry's has the e5400 cpu with msi g31 board for only $79.99 today (dallas ad, probably good at other locations). That's where I'm headed right now. Newegg has various open box boards that should work fine for basic computing.
