Need to replace a guys PC here at work. It doesn't do any heavy processing work, just Word, Excel, Internet and a couple estimating programs we use that aren't to tasking on a PC.

I was going to look at some ASUS's as that's what I plan on getting for my next home pc build. Been years since I built a PC, back when PIII's were the rage.

Sorry.........AMD Processor of some sort. I always have big eyes when building my own pc, so this guess maybe a little high, but I am guessing $550-$750 total range. Don't need a Flat Panel Monitor as they already have one.

I am starting over with a fresh new system. One of the tech types is going to take the old one and this guy is getting a brand new system.

Just get an nForce550 AM2 board from like MSI or Epox or Gigabyte or Biostar. Get a Sempron and a gig of Corsair DDR2. They have 2x512MB of XMS2-667 that's not much more than the value select. Samsung SATA HD, BenQ DVD burner. 7300 for video maybe? Or get a Geforce 61x0 w/ onboard video.
