could you post where you would be ordering from? I do not know anything about the currency you mention or where you are, sorry. Also, an equivalent in USD would be nice for comparison.

Anyways, what would you be using it for? Do you want dual, quad? The phenom 955 BE is supposedly a great deal, and overclocks very nicely.

the best deal on the street right now is msi 790fx gd70 for ur amd (amd 3, amd phenom II) works out of box and is a great overclocker. may find a bundel deal at new egg.
