A little while ago my psu died and I decided to replace it when i installed the psu and turned it on nothing happened. The psu fans didn't even turn on. Then I touched one of the capictors on the mobo and it was really hot so i know electricty was flowing to it. Is my mobo fried or is something else fried.
 
come on someone must know something. What should i do rma my motherboard and if i do that how does it work.
