I can't comment on anything else, but that PSU should be plenty as long as you're not going SLI or Crossfire in the near future.

I would get the OCZ 600 or 700 watt refurb at svc.com. $40 for a 700 watt psu (and a good one) You won't be needing another PSU for quite a while.

As for the motherboards, the Gigabyte one would be my favorite.

Akso, if you really need or want a quad, get one. The unlock is not for sure, mine didn't.

Yep, I just got this board. Nothing but good things to say. Stable, cheap, fast and unlocks the Phenom II X2 555 into a Deneb X4 :)

If you want to spend a little more, get the upgraded version (790). Reviews have shown exact same benchmarks so I chose to save $20-30.
