Mobo crash?

Was playing with Gary's Mod and comp crashed...now when i boot i get a black screen with unrecognizable script, won't even load BIOS. tried diff monitor and hd's...same result. I'm pretty sure it's my mobo since motherboard logo screen is fuzzy when displayed and as i said before, can't even get to BIOS. can anyone confirm this?
