Yea, you can use it. You need to get BIOS 1.A or 1.B, but it works fine. BTW, it's an NF3 chipset.
But...........If you're just buying now, get an NF4 board. That chipset has been around a while and is given much better support by the MB makers than NF3 boards. Only real difference between the two is that NF3 is AGP, while NF4 is PCI-e. If you must have an AGP board, look into the ASRock AGP/PCI-e combo board.
