MOBO combos at frys

Ok every time I check out frys ads for COMBO deals I can never find one with a decient mobo! It may have a good processor but they have utter crap boards. Im just wondering if they have combo deals with like highend ASUS boards/ABIT/even gigabyte! I only see MSI and really low end ABIT which aren't very good. Can anyone clarify this because I haven't been able to find any. Thanks!

Edit: Before being flamed, I say they are utter crap because I have actually purchased these combo deals and they never turn out as good as I hope. So agian do they have any combo deals with highend boards?

1st: this post belongs under "Iwanna"
2nd: The only reason the combos are so cheap are because of the "disposable" motherboards.

Geez, the guy is complaining about getting a CPU and mtherboard for less than what the CPU alone usually sells for online. I <3 the Fry's combos.

They use a lot of ECS mobos. You're right though, pxc. My buddy bought a combo with a P4 3.2 GHz CPU with mobo for under 200 bucks a few weeks ago. The 3.2 chip sells for 230 normally.

No.
They are cheap because they are cheap. If you want expensive, buy expensive. Boogak's idea is a good one.

Yea but I wonder how difficult it would be to buy the board, I am really into protecting the environment by preventing waste but at the same time I like development. I dont want to have just ONE more thing lying around, I still wonder what to do with all the PC components have have in my room. Suggestions? Would anyone want to buy an ECS board? I think I heard one time they had a combo with a highend ASUS board (could be the sales guy was yankin my chain).
