Mobo Choice.. help!

I'm going to replace my motherboard, cpu, and ram. I was thinking about DDR but it doesn't seem like there will be anything worthy coming out for awhile.. (or is there?) Well, i need help on choosing a motherboard- i'm going to probably get a tbird 1.2 ghz.
It'd be nice to have 6 pci slots, and ata100 RAID.

Depends on if you're planning on o'clocking or just using it as is.
The regular old 100mhz FSB Athlon 1.2 is capable of higher speeds in which case, I'd recommend the ASUS A7V. The Athlon chip you're looking for is identified with a part number on the die ending in a 'B'.

If you just want a no fiddle with it DDR setup, take a look at the ASUS A7M266 with DDR PC2100 and the 1.2 Athlon. This 133mhz FSB chip is identified with a part number on the die ending in a 'C'.
