Mobo/Case/Firewire/USB problems

I just got an Asus P4C800-E Deluxe to go with my new P4 proc. I'm trying to plug everything into the new mobo, but I've run into a bit of a problem (2 problems, actually). The mobo's manual is here:
http://www.asus.com/pub/ASUS/mb/sock478/P4C800E-DX/e1347b_p4c800-e_deluxe.pdf

1. Firewire issue
The firewire pin diagram can be found on page 55 of that PDF file. The problem is that my case gives me 6 connectors to work with. They are:
1. TPA-
2. TPA+
3. TPB-
4. TPB+
5. VP
6. VG
The TPA/B +/- are easy to figure out, but the VP/VG are giving me problems because there are no pins labeled VP or VG. I know that VP is for power and VG is for ground, but there are 2 pins for power and 3 for ground, and I don't want to screw this up. The VG connector has 2 wires running to it, but only fits over one pin, for what it's worth.

2. USB issue
The problem I'm having here is that I have 2 USB ports to connect, each with a +5v connector that fits over three pins. But I have one 5 volt set of pins, one 6, one 7, and one 8. Does it make a difference?

I'd appreciate it if someone helped me. Thanks!
