I have like 7 beeps now when I start up. What the hell does all that crap mean? I look at the manual and I dont understand at all what the beep codes mean.

It did the same for me when I had that board, its because it for some reason doesn't like the Corsair XMS, and BTW, mine beeped 3 times.

my experience with Asus

1 beep = starting of the computer
multiple beeps in intervals of 5-10 seconds = failed start and restart
gazillion constant beeps = pressing down on a sensitive key sometimes results in this

multiple beeps in general?

something is terribly wrong with your hardware connections or hardwares themselves, because multiple beeps usually mean failed start and restart for me

Count all of your USB devices... I think that board might beep during POST for every USB device it recognizes.

Ah, i think it could be a combination of the Corsair Ram and the USB devices I have plugged in. That seems to make sense. Although I've used this computer for 2 years and i havent really had many issues...I wonder how much of a problem the ram really is...

not sure what bios...the original I've never changed it...also it does seem to restart once but then boots up. Oddly enough the second reboot shows the MOBO screen UPSIDE DOWN!!
