I know this is probably covered in detail in plenlty of othre places on this site, but can someone give me recommendations from their experience for a mobo and memory for a 6300 or 6400 dual core. Would like to play with overclocking even if I don't run the system that way.

Well, the two better OCing 965 mobos is the Gigabyte DS3 and the ASUS P5B-D/E. Right now the 965s are a better match up with the E6300/6400. New mobos launch next week so you may want to wait for their reviews. They are expected to be as good if not better depending on how you look at it.

I suspect the 680i to be north of $200 since they are the high ends. 650i and 625i are the mid and low end mobos. I'm not totally sure if the 650s and 625s launch at the same time of the 680i. I just know the 680i launch is Wednesday, the 8th of this week. All this month we should see some new mobos hitting the street from all the manufacturers I imagine. ASUS usually *read 'usually'* has a mobo out before others so expect to see ASUS out the door quick. DFI has theirs scheduled for end of November if they havent changed it. Intel BadAxe2 launches early December. Thats the latest info I have heard.
