mobile process power efficient, intel or amd?

There are mixed results on battery consumption comparison between Core Duo and Turion? 64 X2, due to comparisons made between different brands/settings of notebooks.

Does anyone know which is more battery efficient, Core Duo or Turion? 64 X2?

Core Duo.

If the Acer Ferrari 5000 will ever get to the U.S., we will have a direct comparison between Turion X2 and Core Duo; as we did with Pentium M and Turion 64
