Mobile dosent display incoming calls info.

Whenever somone calls it just says "call"

First it stopped recognising numbers from my contacts list, it would just display the number, now it dosent even display the number.

Its a nokia 7610 and im with orange. They upgraded my phone for free, sent me a new handset and simcard, so i did all the crap and im using the new simcard, but in the old phone. The orange guy said i could do this if i didnt like the new one as much. So what gives?

No idea, could be any number of reasons. Try the SIM card in the old phone, see if it shows the info then. If so, the phone is the problem. If not, it's the service, and call up Orange.
