I saw this on The Times of India website and just wanted to share how people are trying to bridge the digital divide between those that have computers and those that do not.
Is this good or bad only time will tell meanwhile "Old Lamps for New!"
"Infothela" translates to infocart. Thela is a cart used by itinerant hawkers for selling
their waresand can be seen in cities, small towns and villages.
"Thou shall have no Have Nots."
