Mobile Athlon XP + Heatsink and Fan suggestion needed

I have been using my Athlon Tbird 750 for 4 years now. During this time, I have switched the processor from a MSI board with SDRAM to an ECS K7S5A with PC2100 DDR RAM. Yeah, I know this setup is a slow turtle compare to latest computer system. Therefore, I am going to put down some cash to upgrade my system. Besides speed, the two things I care more about in a computer system is heat output and noise. I have heard that mobile Athlon XP runs at lower voltage which means leass heat output. Is this true? how does mobile Athlon XP 2400's heat output compare to a Athlon Tbird's heat output? How much performance gain should I expect from this upgrade?

I am using a Taisol heatsink and fan that is rated upto Athlon Tbird 1.2 Ghz. I am thinking that it might provide adequate cooling for the newer generation CPu. Also, I think the fan on it is a bit too loud (30DBA). Here are the list of heatsink and fan I have been look at:
Speeze "WhisperRock II" CPU Cooler, for AMD/ Intel Socket A/ 370, Model "5F263B1M3G"
Speeze "FalconRock" CPU Cooler for Socket A/ 370, Model "5F286B" -RETAIL
SPEEZE CPU Cooler for AMD, Model "5F287B1L3GL" -RETAIL
SPEEZE CPU Cooler for AMD, Model "5F394B1L3G" -RETAIL

They all are pretty cheap and rated for Athlon XP 2700+ or above. Another advantage is that they all have noise rating around 27 dBa. So, which one should I buy?
I saw Newegg has a Soyo KT600 Motherboard (has 8 USB 2.0 port and SATA socket) on sale for less than $50. Should I buy this board or just save up money to buy a NForce 2 Ultra motherboard and use the mobile Athlon XP on the ECS K7S5A with honey X bio (I have confirmed that it supports the new cpu) in the mean time?

I know copper heatsink is good but Noise(dBA): 34.15. I think I will stick with Speeze. Thanks for your suggestion.

You believe dba ratings?

Don't know why. There are no standards nor is it verifiable and many other factors can affect this erronous number I won't get into. This one will suit you well, very quiet and cools my sons athlon to 2.34. If you read the user reviews you'll see happyness.

I posted this last night. Probably not many people have read it. Therefore, I am bumping this to the top again.

have dealt with 2 and still have 2 ..work very nicely on XP1800+(TBreds..what I've put under them ..so far)..and def go with a nf2 mobo(go for best bang for buck ..an35n ultra for $55 ..or if you can spring $$..nf7-s for $86)

What is good about the Abit nf7-s? I have seen many people using it. Does the Shuttle AN35n have AGP/PCI lock such that I can set the FSB without effecting the other components? What is the noise level for the Speeze cooling combo?

quite hummm well my suggestion of a thermalright slk-900a and a 92mm vantec tornado is out

i hear thoes zelman ones are quite

i have a AN35N Ultra and ye sit has a lck, mine will run at 218x11.5 with the lock

thanks for the suggestion. I think I will go for the Shuttle MB as well. The three advantage Abit NF7-S has are firewire, soundstorm, SATA. I don't do miniDV editing. So, firewire is useless to me. Soundstorm is great but I already have a decent sound card. Currently I am running three IDE hard drives. I don't think the SATA hard drives has matured (besides the Raptor drives, other SATA drives' performance rating is on par with the fastest IDE hard drive). Maybe two years from now I will buy a SATA harddrive but I am sure there will be better SATA chipset out there by that time. So, it's pointless to get a SATA board right now. Yeah, Zalman heatsinks I heard is good but quite I expensive. If money is no object to me, then I would buy it
