After conferring with a Redskins, Chargers, Ravens, and Broncos fan (and ignoring the input of the hordes of Eagles fans around here), its unanimous - that was pass inteference. contact STARTED around 5-6 yards, and continued 2-3 yards further. It was not "out of reach", only seemed that way because he was interfered with.

Yep, should have been pass interference on the Eagles, and then another flag on Johnson for throwing his helmet. Penalties offset, replay down.

Sometimes I wonder if anyone can beat the Panthers without the Panthers beating themselves.

they were on the 7. he checked keyshawn at the 2 and then immediately released him.

i liked it so much better when your team was sucking cock as usual and you were nowhere to be found.

I hate all these analysts putting the blame on Delhomme (brilliant until the end), faulting the Carolina running game (did they not see Williams today?) etc. etc. etc.

ITS THE PLAY CALLING!!! FIRE DAN HENNING!!! :| :| :|

Hahahaha, it's funny seeing Deeko around again, now that Romo has helped Dallas get back onto the winning track

if by immediately, you mean a yard into the end zone

by the way - gay referrences like that are immediately bannable offenses. I hope for your sake there isn't a mod on duty. Just lookin out for your own good, champ

Eagles suck, just as I've said regardless of my teams' record

That's great. I'm glad....kmr1212?....has something to say about the Cowboys.

At any rate, this thread is about the Eagles game tonight. And that play was DEFINITELY pass interference.

Didn't look like PI to me.
Keyshawn pulled up and jumped, he wasn't pushed or anything. He overthrew the corner fade anyway.
It was actually a bad defensive play, if Jake had seen Keshawn pull up it's a sure TD.
Sheppard was beaten.
Of course Eagles fans will make him out to be a hero, but it was actually a bad play on his part. He got lucky.

yea and I saw you make a gay reference that could get you banned, but rather than being a dick and reporting you to the mods, I politely gave you a heads up so you could edit it and save your account. See, I'm such a swell guy! Can't we all just calmly argue about football, except paulnepats cuz everyone knows he doesn't know anything?

if you'd like to talk Cowboys, I'd be more than happy to

Dallas is playing better at every single individual aspect of the game than the Eagles, and come Christmas time, Dallas will be 10-4, the eagles will be 6-8, and Dallas will blow them the hell out. As far as next week, Dallas and NO both have high-powered offenses, but Dallas has a far superior defense, a better coach, and the game is in Dallas, so they should win a good, well played game by both sides. The Cowboys probably won't win out - they'll drop one to NO or Atlanta, and finish a respectable 11-5, 1st in the division.

Now, if you'll excuse me, I've got some work to do.
