After reading a majority of this thread, I've come to a few conclusions.

-I'm not sure the Bears won by luck. They forced turnovers and overcame a terrible performance by Rex. The offense sputtered. They fought through and won. I'm not sure a combination of big defensive plays + Arizona choking is equated to luck.
-PaulNEPats is a jackass.
-BlancoNino is a bigger jackass. I'm thinking you're a Seahawks fan, based on your prediction of a dismantling in the playoffs and that you live in Washington. WAKE UP PAL! You're a toolshed. Chicago played ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE and still won. Who was the last team to win with six turnovers? When was the last team to even have six turnovers?

Anyways, this is a bad game for the Bears. Time to use bye week to regroup and get Grossman refocused, then in two weeks, they'll shell the 49ers and be back on asswhooping pace.

I can't believe one game can change the view of a team. They're still going to win a lot of games and make the playoffs, most likely with homefield advantage. Christ.

Yeah, he has some strenghts as a coach, his players have always liked him, but I'm not sure he's the detail oriented type of guy to take a team like the Cards where they need to go.

In his long tenure with the Vikes, they had a lot of success, and certainly looked all-world at certain times in certain seasons, but I always had the feeling you never knew which Vikes were going to show up on any given Sunday.

Can you blame him? I'm surprised he didn't throw the microphone stand at the press corps!

Dude, there's a reason no team since those Dolphins so long ago has run the table. There've been a lot of really stellar teams since then. NONE has gone undefeated. The Bears will not come close. You can bank on that.
That's why I said a second sentance after that, which you "conveniently" decided not to include.
Yeah, sorry, I was just using your quote as a placeholder for all the "undefeated season" talk, which is simply silly.
But I mean, I was rooting for the Colts to go undefeated last year as well (well, until they were to meet the Bears in the Super Bowl and lose :p). As a sports fan, I have learned time & time again never to count out the "impossible", otherwise the Red Sox would have never beaten the Yankees in '04 & win the WS. I try to be realistic at all times, but it's still always fun to root for the impossible and watch it unfold. :D

Plus, once the Bears do go 19-0, we can finally stop watching those grizzled '72 Dolphins coming out in celebration after each failed run. ;)

And that would be wrong. Green has got to go out there tomorrow and build on all the positives. This team and franchise has had its psyche about broken from all the losing. Beating them up more is simply not the way to go.

Sometimes you have to look reality squarely in the eye and deny it.

A good coach would take all the positives and run with them.

Judging by the Press Conference, those players should put some kevlar under their pads during practice.

No, with that many turnovers and such an inept offense they were VERY VERY VERY lucky to have played them within 2 TDs. To win simply baffles the mind.

Seriously. 6 turnovers, no offensive TDs and you WIN?!?!? If that's not luck, I don't know what is.

It is luck. Arizona gave the game to Chicago. Arizona proves why they are one of the worst teams in the NFL and Chicago proves that their offense was all hype and luck thus far.

Because of ONE bad game you write off their entire offense? I think you need to chill and wait and see for the next few games...

I predict Chicago to be 13-3 going into the post-season. They will win a lot of easy games in their joke of a schedule (Green Bay twice? Detroit twice? San Fran, Miami, and both NY teams? wow...big competition there  ) They will lose to 3 of these 4 teams: St. Louis, New England, Minnesota, Tampa Bay. :)

while it was a bad game on offense it was one heck of a game on defense.
