yeah, i almost shat whenever i heard joe theismann say that the bears HAD to go for it. i was like, "bullshit! there's over 9 minutes left... the defense has held the cardinals to only 3 points the whole half... you kick that fieldgoal and get some points. it's better than nothing." sure enough, the bears wasted time, the ball, and forfeit points.
