I was very underwhelmed when I tried it soon after it came out. I think I only logged in a couple times (expensive trial).

I don't remember meeting any people and everything had random names. But I hate turbine closing MMO's. I logged in to AC2 when it shut down the first time.

it had some problems at launch i heard, but i never saw then since i started playing a few months after it came out.

i loved the fact that it had it's own lore and wasn't yet-another-tolkeinesque-RPG. drudges, banderlings, viridna, tumeroks, tuskers, all unique to the AC world. as well as monthly updates and story arcs that would last months (the demon bael zharon trashing cities, etc).

back in 00/01 there'd be a few thousand people on every night.

Hi, thanks for useful information. I want to share with you my favorite site gamespedition.lt. In this site are a lot of information about all games, also advices how to defeat and other stuff. For example about my favorite game Diablo III are separate page where I can find all what I need for. So, you can check this page and please, let me know what do you think. Thanks, Ben!

Not sure why, but yule event has restarted in LOTRO. If low on tokens, can do some early stacking up for next years mount.

Finally got in but it was a PITA to get far enough to get credit. All of my characters had to be renamed, and each time you picked a name in use you have to log back out and start again, no damn way to just check the name.
