MMO character creation

I either draw on past life experience (like my anme here) or pick a character from obscure but fascinating books (Dragonlance has loads). One name I even took the first 4 letters from one persons name & the last 4 of another persons name, came out quite well too.

For some things like orcs or Elves etc I draw on Warhammerand the many stories it has spawned to generate a rough idea as to what their names are like and create one in that manner.
