My World of Warcraft account was hacked. This doesn't really bug me because I can get my stuff back.

What I'm worried about is that they hacked it twice in a single day. (I changed the password and they changed it again on me) I did a whole system scan for viruses and malware (I used Spybot).

What's the best way I can assure whatever they are using to get my password is off of my computer? I'm mostly worried about the OTHER passwords I could have used and they might have seen. (Paypal ect.)

Thanks

use malwarebytes antimalware, and check all the running processes.

have you checked to see if they change your WoW account email address? It's possible they changed the email address on the account.

EDIT: It's linked to Battle.net now, before you couldn't change your e-mail.

Pretty sure you have a keylogger. I would also recommend malwarebytes antimalware. It's the only program that has yet fail to detect and remove anything so far.

boot into safe mode+ scan.

the Battle net authenticator is the single best item you can buy. If you have a iphone / ipod touch you can download one for free.

Good luck.
