Oh my GAD yes...

I will ass-plode the terlet after eating it...and maybe even a couple of miles of sewer system...but GOOD ham and bean soup is...:shudder: Oh so good.

I like bean with ham soup.

to cut down the gas, make sure you don't use the water the beans originally soaked in and rinse the beans good before they are made into soup.

also, when he posted he puts ham in a pot with beans I thought he meant baked beans. That is truly awesome. I love making baked beans with either bacon or ham. So delicious.

Add a little vinegar to the beans while soaking them.
