1/3lb Sirloin patty baked for 25 minutes with minced clove of garlic, white and black pepper, garlic salt, oregano, onion powder, basil, thyme, and paprika to taste... with maple smoked bacon layed around the patty.

Topped with cheddar-jack cheese, lettuce, endive, raddichio and shredded carrots

Oh, and a sesame bun with Miracle Whip.

Mmmmm.

Sounds good, but I can't say I've ever heard of carrots on a burger.

Hmm.. It's just one slice, 1/8" thick. It just looks like a lot because of the way it's covered the patty.

I would have if I was grilling.. but since I was using the oven I didn't bother. I guess I could have, though.

Bacon is disgusting on burgers. Not to mention that meal is a heart attack on a plate. I would have cut out the bacon and the carrots. Then it would be

<---stares at my quart jar of bacon grease.

I think I'm covered for breakfast. ;) I'll probably cook the sausage in the bacon grease. Good stuff.
