It tastes wicked good too!

Chicken breast wrapped in bacon, baked in the oven at 400F for about 40 minutes or so. Nice and tender, juicy chicken, crisp bacon. Carrots and corn that was steamed with brown sugar, and mashed golden potatos (skin intact), with a little bit of mozz. cheese mixed in with them.

Time for a break and a :beer:

That's my wife's plate. I had a much smaller portion, instead of a chicken breast I used smaller pieces of chicken, bout half the size of that one, and she got all of the potatos (leftovers from last night). I had plenty of corn and carrots though.

Ah well....we'll see about that. She's about 6 months pregnant, and worked a 12 hour shift today, so I doubt she'd be up for any action.

wow, what a great hubby you are! the chicken looks yummy! i'm gonna have to try wrapping bacon around chicken one of these days! and congrats on your wife's pregnancy!
