Wheres the pop up headlights and front fender gill vents? I hope there is something else to differentiate it from the ZO6.

sexy.

Not worth the premium over Z06 but still a bargain compared to its peers. At least it will help drive prices down on the used Z06 market.

I do not like that hood bulge. That is awful looking. Other than that though, I like it.

Hood bulge is the whole point of the car. It would be Z06 if not for the bulge.

No, the hood bulge is their because they needed more space in the engine compartment. So the GM engineers looked like they just said, "Ah, let's just cut a hole in the hood and put this box on top of it to cover it up." It just makes it look unrefined.

And how would you put a supercharger in without the bulge?

The GTO is not the same situation at all, as someone said it was a rebadged car from Australia.

if it gets the stringray name it is an instant collectible.

If it gets the stingray name and the power/handling it is an instant collectible

Do you have any idea how muscle cars are built?

Definitly looks stuck on there - but that's to be expected in a preproduction mule.

If it looks like that in the showroom I'll be sorely disappointed. I'm hoping they'll do some kind of gradual rise in the hood, not something that looks added on afterwards.

When I saw that pic, the first name that came to my mind was black widow. They should ghost a black widow into that paint, with a faded tangerine hour glass.

There could be some great ideas with that.

I hoped it would have a spilt back window like some earlier Stingray models, but 🙁.....still pure shecks

It's pre-production some things might change. Same with the Camaro, early pictures showed those real narrow windows, now they have replaced them with wider ones.

I'd rather a Honda Civic

Eat rice, don't drive it!

exactly this thread is all over the place...that australian car was hardly random.

The split window had a big reason it was cancelled...it does look good though...but hardly driver friendly.

Sending a car to LPE is a 6 figure deal, this is a factory deal...probably 1/2 the price.

I love vettes....however they are way to common down here in South Florida. I want a rare car that drives like I want to.
