Mmmm.,.. Quizno's

Finally had my first taste of Quizno's on Thursday, and damn, I can appreciate what all the hype was about... (RossMAN... 😀).

I had the Black Angus Steak, Large of course, and damn near broke the buckle on my pants trying to finish that bad-boy... Well worth the $11 CDN for it.

Thanks to ATOT for pointing the way to this delicious Haven for the Underfed...

I love their subs. Not $11 love, but love nonetheless.

Eh.. Quiznos is better than Subway, no comparison there. But if you have W.G. Grinders near you, you have to try it. It puts all other sub places to shame. Since the first time I ate Grinders... I havent gone back to any other sub place, unless I am in another state.

Grinders is so much better quality for the same money that it has a monoply in my area.

I don't like quizno. They are better than Subway, Blimpie...but I only like a couple of their sandwiches.

However, if you live in St. Louis, MO there is a local chain called Strata that blows everything away....

I went to the one in Barrie, but there's one at Hwy 7 and Keel I think, in Woodbridge. Go there if you can. Now... like leave the monitor and go... Now... 😀

The one near me was unsanitary so I stopped eating there. But, before that I was hooked on the Black Angus SW. That sandwhich is awesome.

I didn't get sick or anything, but, it was just very dirty in there and the employees were irresponsible. Never saw an official looking mgr, maybe one of the teenagers was one? One time one of the employees handled money and then went back and made a sandwhich without using gloves or washing. Blech.

That was my last visit.

I may go back someday but probably not for a while. Maybe if they open a new store closer to my home and it's cleaner.

The RossMAN Meal Deal may have to change 🙁 The past two times I've been to Quizno's (in Portland & Las Vegas) they've changed their clam chowder!
