mmm thai food tastes sooo good :)

The great thing about Thai is that it is the ONLY food that I have not had a bad experience with. I've eaten at many thai restaurants, but the worst one the food was average.

Far cry from Chinese, Indian, Italian, Greek, Mexican, and other ethnic restaurants.

I had food poisoning that landed me in the hospital from some bad pad thai. FYI

BUT it didn't turn me off the stuff, it's one of my favorite foods.

Uhhh... oh sh*t.

*scared now*

Thai ppl eat 'normal' stuff though, right?

(i know for a fact that Vietnamese eat cats and so it always bothers me when i'm at a restaurant because I'm sure they use the same utensils to cook both cats and non cat foods).

london broil, baker with the works, shrimp louie, sauted mushrooms, steamed asperagus, baked oysters and cherry cheese cake

I have some coworkers who bring thai and lao food for lunch all the time. They offer to share and it is really good, I couldnt tell you what any of it is called thought. One thing though, they have this papaya salad that is BLISTERINGLY hot, I mean it burns my eyes to look at it. I cant handle any of the hotter stuff they bring.

Sawatdee in Mpls/StPaul is a great restaurant. Love that oriental cuisine, especially Thai since it has so much flavor.

Though I must say that the worst food I've ever eaten was Thai. Lob Esan is the most horrible tasting dish I've ever had the displeasure of eating.
