So I made some of my world famous Alfredo sauce and thought I'd kick it up a notch...

Stir fried onions, mushrooms, fresh basil... added alfredo sauce, and few cut pieces of a jalapeno pepper

then made some garlic bread with fresh garlic to dip with.

damn good snack i tell ya, damn good.

I don't know... I think there's money to be made off of this idea...

Mmm, fat soaked bread to dip in more fat! I'm sure it tastes good but damn, that's a heart attack on a plate!

:p its not really as bad as you think. The bread is wheat bread, with low-fat margerine spread (very little on there too)... and the Alfredo sauce, while it does contain a good bit of parmasean cheese, I went easy on the butter, its really doesn't taste that much different either with less butter. Home made alfredo FTW
